The small multi-family/less than 10 units winner is at 1003 S. Rogers. It showcases great curb appeal all the way to the street. The winner of the classification of large multi-family/11 units or more is Hillside Terrace, 702 E. Hillside. Hillside Terrace features colorful blooms throughout the entire campus. The winner of the multi-family entrance area is Burnham Rentals for the property at the corner of Indiana and Third. It is a formal entrance garden with clipped shrubbery marking the entrances.
The winner of the not-for-profit category is WonderGarden at WonderLab, 308 W Fourth. Recently, WonderGarden opened a new garden gate to the B-Line trail. This garden is maintained by staff and volunteers. It is open to the public.
Bryan House in the center of the Indiana University campus won the municipal/publicly owned category. The Bryan House garden can be found at the end of a winding lane leading to a mature shade garden that incorporates colorful potted plants. Bryan House is the official home of the President of Indiana University.
The commercial category is divided into large and small installations. The winner in the small category is German American Bank, 2614 E. Third.
