John Turnbull is the committee chair for Turf & Groundcovers.  John has worked for Bloomington  Parks and Recreation for 20 years and currently in the capacity of Division Director of Sports. Our division is responsible for all the sporting areas in the park system. This includes; Twin Lakes Sports Park, Winslow Sports Park, Olcott Park fields, Lower Cascades, Cascades Golf Course, Mills and Bryan Pool, and the Upper Cascades Skatepark.
